Monkey Do Project Indianapolis Statehouse Market 2014

We’re super excited and honored to be at the Statehouse Market in Indianapolis on Thursday, August 20, 2015.

The Statehouse Market is a fabulous event that takes place each year from May to October on Thursdays in downtown Indianapolis. It is a “unique local farmers’ market, located in downtown Indianapolis at the Indiana Statehouse and Government Center Campus.”

The Market promotes healthier eating habits and supports Indiana farmers and businesses. The Statehouse Market gives Indianapolis residents, state employees and customers a location that provides fresh, high quality produce and food products and the opportunity to promote locally grown products and produce.

One of the amazing things they do each year is support the State Employee Charitable Contribution (SECC) campaign where the Market encourages state employees to give back. Since our corporate office is located in Indianapolis, we have been invited as one of the very few charitable organizations that get to be at the Market!

This is exciting for us because not only do we get to introduce our efforts to new people, but each year state employees give more than $1.3 million to 1,600 charities! So, we have the opportunity to gain even more support!

If you’re in the area, or know anyone, please share this with them. We would love to meet you and them!
